DBL workspace

The Digital Business Lab provides facilities for co-development for students and businesses.

The workspace allows

• Image and video processing, Test use of the Odoo demo environment, Power BI experiments and much more in both PC and MAC environments.
• Experiments with VR and AR glasses and application development.
• Mobile testing and development on tablets.
• Small-scale IoT experiments with Raspberry Pi-mini computers.
• Co-development locally and over the network with the Samsung Flip Digital Whiteboard.
• Distance and hybrid learning and webinar recording.

For educational use

The workspace makes it possible to organize lessons and, for example, project work. Unlike the traditional classroom, learning is comfortable on the couch and in the armchairs, following the teaching and participating in the tasks. Digital Business Lab is also available for project work after the course bookings have been published.

If there are no reservations, the DBL is freely available to students and SeAMK staff.

Distance learning & webinars

The space is furnished with the project brand and you can incorporate it into virtual implementations. The workspace offers lighting solutions suitable for distance learning and webinars, which enable high-quality organization of virtual events.

Mac computers

If you work in the PC world on a daily basis, you can explore Macs in the Digital Business Lab.
